The student will learn the financial operations and governance to help any organization be successful. The modules, taking a practical approach, will cover subject matters such as: financial operations, revenue cycle management, budgeting, hierarchical reporting process and expectations, governance, and regulatory compliance.

This course is designed to explore information as a strategic resource in an organization wide framework for supporting a health system’s strategic operations, regulatory, legal, risk and environmental requirements.
