Technical Support

The Eastern Washington University Help Desk provides you with a single point of contact for all your technical needs. Contact the Help Desk for assistance with your computer, enhanced classroom, or technology-related requests. Financial Aid

Library

EWU online students have access to the vast resources within the John F. Kennedy Memorial Library, which seeks to stimulate and support intellectual inquiry. Login with your NetID username and password. This username/password is the same one that you use to log into campus computers, wireless networks, NetStorage, etc. This is not your EagleNET account for class registration. If you need to create your NetID password or require login assistance, go to accounts.ewu.edu. For assistance with access to library materials, call 509-359-2263 or email [email protected]. You can also chat live with a librarian or email a question. A list of frequently asked questions about the library can be found here. The University Bookstore also has materials and merchandise available online. For customer service information, call 509-359-2542.

Veterans Resources

The Veterans Resource Center provides critical services and support—such as enrollment, advising, benefits, and advocacy—to our service members, veterans and their families. The VRC assists with your transition from the military to higher education and back into civilian life as you learn to navigate the university system. We will support the unique recruitment, retention and educational needs of online students like you whose lives are connected to the military. Career Resources

The knowledgeable and friendly staff at EWU Career Services can assist you with all aspects of your professional development. We look forward to providing you with personal attention and guidance in attaining your career goals. We provide support with career advising, jobs and internships, career changes, networking, career mentoring and readiness, and more. Disability Support Services

EWU’s Office of Disability Support Services is dedicated to the coordination of appropriate and reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities that are based upon individual needs—so each student may receive an equal opportunity to learn, to grow emotionally and socially, and to successfully complete a program of study that will enable them to be self-supporting while remaining as independent as possible. We offer support services, information sharing, advisement, and referral when requested. Students also must meet with professors to discuss accommodations. School of Education – Graduate Programs Resource Hub

Online students pursuing programs offered through the EWU School of Education can utilize the School of Education – Graduate Programs Resource Hub for guidance on program planning, registering for classes, utilizing the online learning management system (Canvas), and guidance on planning and filing the proper paperwork to meet internship requirements. Other helpful resources including information about the academic calendar, graduation and commencement information, and appeal forms are also found here.
